Here's something new, fellas: Damien Walters and Tim "Livewire" Shieff made a freerunning sequence on YouTube that lets the viewer decide which move he/she wants to see next.

You get to follow either Damien or Tim and at certain points, you are presented with a choice of two alternative moves, each with its own video. The choice is done via annotations, annoying as they usually are.

And everything was filmed rather close-up, so you're up for a treat.

Nothing too fancy, but an interesting concept.

Tried to sift it, but failed miserably due to mandatory &iv_load_policy=3 which disabled annotations, thus rendering the concept ineffective.

London's Trafalgar Square was invaded by competitors all hoping to jump, run and flip their way to victory in the World Freerun Championship.

Twenty-seven freerunners from 17 countries battled it out on a specially-designed course, using bars, boxes and poles to dazzle a 7,500-strong crowd.

Great Britain's Tim Sheiff was crowned winner of this year's tournament after wowing judges with his gravity-defying moves.

You might know Livewire from a few parkour/freerunning/urban gymnastics videos on the sift, especially as the partner in crime of Damien Walters.

EDD is young & married, and his wife lets him surf the internets. That's what I call progress. A true role model for aspiring Sifters, he's a big fan of shit blowing up (as long as there's a plausible explanation), and posts frequently to just about every channel. He is also a great fan of the arts.

An upstanding Sifter for about two years now, it's great to see him reaching new heights here. He's promised a new channel is in the works, and I'm sure we'll all enjoy supporting it as he's supported us & this community.
