I'm a Little Confused

My only complaint is that the Cindy McCain as Marie Antoinette picture looked photoshopped. Otherwise I didn't notice any factual inaccuracies. Unfortunately one falsehood increases the possibility of others. Does anyone know if that a legitimate picture or a photo manipulation?
