Exactly the opposite reaction here - that scares the hell out of me. You do know there are 500+ lb cats in the world, right? Tigers and lions? Yeah, they kick our asses. I'm so glad we have guns (and whatnot).

How exactly does this dumb us down? I'm guilty of having a (briefly) top-15 cat video, of absolutely no intellectual value, and I can't fathom how you think it could have been guilty of impacting anyone's mental abilities in any way. Cats frequently do weird shit and some people get a kick out of watching that - so what? Actually, per earlier in this comment - slap on a title screen with "NEVER mess with large cats if you aren't *certain* they can't get you", shorten it quite a bit, and end with a "The more you know" outro and you've got a useful PSA. So there - this might actually smart people up.

I don't think so - you can more or less gauge his position when the camera pivots, and he's clearly right up against the barrier. I call steelballs.

And Aemaehth, I couldn't agree with you less. This movie beams happy thoughts directly into my brainmeats. An imported copy of this on dvd (before it was available in the states) was the best xmas gift I've received in many years.
Ron Jeremy makes any (non-porn) movie awesome, at least from what I've seen. This and Boondock Saints are both on my short list of desert island candidates.
