Whats even funnier is walking isn't the surprising part. Its painful, but you can walk. Its that her guts fell out. Anyone who has a descent understanding in human biology knows there is connective tissue throughout the abdominal area. It would take a couple hours to cut through it all to have your guts just fall out.
