Suicidal jumper my ass! That guy is a murder suspect. I remember seeing/reading it about it last year. He barricaded himself in a hospital room after evading the police and perched on the window. That's when the police decided to ask the fire department use the cherry-picker and the water gun to blast him to the air cushion. I will look around see if I can find the article.
