CONSPIRACY! I bet the embed will only work for Zifnab!
About Fallout 3:
It might be post-apocalyptic Oblivion, but using an existing well made game engine and tidying it up a bit means I don't have to upgrade my computer to play this game. It runs beautifully, looks great, and the map is enormous.
Unfortunately, yes, the subways are a increasingly boring cut+paste job the more you play in them. At least you can skip them once you have discovered the entry/exits in fast travel.
It's a shame that left4dead came out yesterday, now I'm stuck playing *that*
They work perfectly fine on the site, but not here.
Actually, you're wrong. Other ones do work. This one and last weeks don't. Go read the thread. P.S. - you yourself stated that the one from last week did not sift. So because NO ONE can see this, it's *dead. Don't cry because you can't suck up the votes with it.
It's a dead embed and you damn well know it.
The reviews for:
Dead space
Saint's Row 2
Silent Hill homecoming
Stalker
Force unleashed
Mercenaries
Double Bill
All work just fine. This one does not. It's dead.
Check the others if you want.
Zero Punctuation - Dead Space
Zero Punctuation Review - Silent Hill Homecoming
Zero Punctuation Review - Fable 2
Here on Videosift - all failed to load (same problem)
should these also be marked dead?
Dead links are are for videos no longer working - I would replace it - but no one links these - it should calm down in a few hours but until then any ZP video I try - some work - some don't
Has anyone else had any problems with the video here?
A dead video should not receive votes, regardless of whether there's a working copy somewhere else.
But I like how you keep clicking "fix embed" and using the same dead one just because you want the votes.
Still dead.

Wow, you're a fucking bad mood today MG : I did click 'fix embed' because last tme I had a ZP video stall like this it fixed it - I like how you assume I did it for the votes.
Well, you're fixing it with the same code, so what else are you doing it for? If you can rip a copy from escapist, email it to me and I'll gladly host it for you. I love ZP as much as the next gamer and it would be a pity to lose great content.
I had same problem with the last ZP I posted - and recopying the embed seemed to fix it (or prehaps lucky coincidence)
either way, there was nothing nefarious about my recopying the embed, I did not even realise it had undeaded the video.
But I won't stand for an active "video" that people are voting for just because they can watch it somewhere else.
That would seriously undermine the goal of *quality control.
I never could get http://www.videosift.com/video/Zero-Punctuation-Review-Fable-2 to play. It still isn't working for me a week later. This one doesn't play either. Other ZP here seem to work fine.
Hey, yeah, most of the others are fine but I noticed a few that did not load either, not sure whats going on...I'll find out
When you copy the embed from this vid it should work for you (it won't have the ?1.1 in it).
Yeah, I'm whoring out my link here, wanna fight about it?
Of course, Zifnab knows the solution to this particular embed...
I'm not quite sure what you are getting at here gwiz.....
The main issue I have with Bethesda and Oblivillout is they're not doing any favors for the RPG genre. Somehow, someone over there must have had the wonderfully misguided epiphany that a vast landscape replete with copy pasted locations, derivative, short and disjointed quests (besides the main quest in Fallout 3 which was decent, if not for the fact it ended before it felt it really began), and for the most part pretty similar characters and enemies can replace a carefully paced, far more engaging plot-line a la the Witcher, Deus Ex, Planescape Torment or virtually any older RPG for that matter.
Console fanbois have lapped it up though I hear. Pity, they could have saved a lot of time and achieved the same result by purely plastering a new wall paper over Oblivion and adding in the dismembering of heads.

Some kind of nonsensical innuendo implication, clearly.
